Where to get strength and power?

We have collected different tips and tricks which will help you to become energised and feel a lot of vital power. 

ATTENTION! 

The first and most important thing is to restore your diet and sleep quality. We really recommend going to see your GP if you have been lacking strength. Maybe you are suffering from low hemoglobin, lack of vitamins and even hormones. 

Only when you are ready to fulfill the basic needs in the form of “sleeping” and “eating”, and you are sure that the constant fatigue is not caused by various medical reasons, you can proceed to additional methods.

  • Ginger tea (with cinnamon, citrus, and spices).
  • Choose bitter and fresh scents (bergamot, citrus) in moments when you need to activate yourself, and relaxing (Melissa, lavender, mint) in the evening.
  • Boxing 
  • Dancing (you can just dance at home, thus relieving tension)
  • 3 minutes of tanning bed once a week (never spend more time)
  • Swimming 
  • Hamam or sauna 
  • Skating rink 
  • Rock concert 
  • Stretching 
  • Massage (tonic or relaxing)
  • All kinds of new experiences (movies, exhibitions, trips, etc)
  • Try something that you haven’t tried before (play golf, sing a karaoke song, try a new dress on, change your route, take a contrast shower, drink some rare tea).
  • Raspberries 
  • Virtual journey: spend some time on websites with hotels. Imagine you are visiting different places, and view photos of where you want to go. 
  • Buy flowers (for yourself or a friend). 
  • Candles (can be used both in the evening and in the afternoon). 
  • Help others.
  • Buy new pajamas. 
  • Buy new bed linen or change your sheets.
  • Change the body cream (the best option is to choose something with a fresh smell). 
  • Go to a perfume master class and create your own fragrance.
  • Do something with your own hands (make a pot, build a picture from dried plants, make a collage, etc.)
  • Hug yourself.
  • Take a fragrant bath with lavender (or any other pleasant) foam. 
  • Go to a restaurant for breakfast (use places offered on websites or in magazines). 
  • Buy a new notebook.
  • Listen to new music and create a fresh playlist.
  • Read fairy tales (Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Lord of the Rings, Moomin: The Complete Tove Jansson Comic Strip, etc.)
  • Cook or bake.
  • Have sex.
  • Talk with your best friend.
  • Draw or colour in.
  • Assemble a bouquet (you can take a lesson in the field floristry, or you can just occupy a flower shop).
