The plan is quite simple – to try something new and useful.

For example,

– Watch a documentary;

– Read 10 pages of a difficult but interesting book;

– Research a scientific article;

– Learn about new trends in any area of visual arts;

– Discover something new about a foreign culture;

– Learn a few words in a foreign language;

– Write down 5 words you are not familiar with and learn their meaning;

You can choose any of these options or create your own. 

Just do not try to do something monumental. If you spend 15 minutes per day learning something new – this is more than enough.
