Today, we will learn how to support yourself if you feel helpless, lost, or desperate.
Unfortunately, all of us may experience these feelings sometimes.
Being hugged by a butterfly is a quick and wonderful way to calm down and provide support for yourself.
Put your right hand over your left shoulder and left hand – over your right. Make sure that your palms cover your shoulders.
Your arms are now crossed.
Stay in this position for a few minutes. You can gently caress your shoulders.
You can say calming and pleasant things to yourself.
You will feel how the state of peacefulness returns to you.
