Mindspa can be used as a complementary tool alongside your current therapy or treatment, but it should not be used as a replacement for professional medical advice or treatment. It’s always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider or therapist to determine how Mindspa can fit into your overall mental health treatment plan.

How can I delete my Mindspa account? You can delete your account directly in the mobile application, by following these steps:

From the menu bar, click on “More” > “Settings” > “Delete account“.

After closing the account, all data stored on our databases will be deleted. This includes your name, email address, notes and diary entries. Additionally, you will lose access to any purchased courses and saved articles.
